The piece I received looks slightly different from the one pictured - why?

Each piece in our shop is created entirely by hand, and in some cases, is crafted entirely by nature (ie crystals and leather), which makes every piece one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in pieces are to be expected when the manufacturing process is not mechanized.

 

How can I keep my brass pieces looking bright and new?

In many of our pieces, we use raw brass (meaning, brass that has not been coated or plated) findings, including: chains, earring hooks, rings, and pendants. Raw brass is a beautiful and safe metal that naturally changes over time when exposed to oxygen. This process is called oxidation, and has no effect on the integrity of the brass the way corrosion does.

To keep your brass pieces from excessive tarnishing, avoid wearing your pieces when you bathe, swim, or exercise, and clean your pieces often! You can clean your pieces with a combination of pure lemon juice and salt; rub the tarnished areas with the mixture on a q-tip or cloth, and then brush clean with water. Needing to clean your brass pieces on the go? A polishing cloth will work as a quick fix!

Do you have a return/exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, in rare instances where items arrived damaged, simply send us an email and a replacement piece will be shipped out to you as soon as possible.
